Our Lives - Feeling Lost And Letting Go Of Expectations

​We know that it’s okay to not have everything figured out yet, we’re still young, we still have our entire lives ahead of us (…) But that doesn’t make this nagging feeling go away of wanting to know what the hell we’re doing with our lives.

​So much of our feeling is based on external expectations, either from society, our surroundings or our upbringing that it’s often hard to find our own voice - to listen to our intuition and trust that it will guide us, well, wherever really.

​During this second sessies of “Our Lives” we will journal together about feeling lost, how to navigate these feelings, but also reflect on how to get comfortable with it and find beauty in it.

​After the event, Fedra opens up their beautiful shop for you to explore and perhaps give one of their lovely plants a new home 🌱

​⚠️ zero tolerance policy. We welcome anybody, literally any body (pets are welcome yes) to join the Our Lives series. Having diverse faces and voices be present to join the conversation is invaluable to us.

​BUT it’s important that everyone is treated with mutual respect, that you are conscious of how much space you take and how much to leave to others, and that you listen with an open heart and open mind without judgement.
