Show Up x Tabhair Aire coming together again with Naoise (@yogalenaoise) leading for her last sunrise with Show Up!

Tabhair Aire or ‘Take Care’ is a free community yoga event in Dublin that is all about taking care of yourself. Their events are for men, women and children of all levels and abilities. It includes mindful movement, yoga, meditation and breathwork out in the healing energy of nature, sprinkled with Gaeilge and infused with elements of Irish culture. They host some of their sessions at Dun Laoghaire Baths, so the combination of our Wednesday sunrises with a Tabhair Aire sesh, is sure to be magical.

Show up is a conscious community initiative with sunrises in many locations around Europe! In our sessions, come and enjoy movement (usually yoga based), breathwork, cold dip, and coffee chats at sunrise with likeminded people!
