Join us for a fun night full of talent!
About this Event:
Join StartUP FIU for this fun event where everyone has the opportunity to share their talents through poetry, stories, dialogues, music, photography, sculptures, paintings or any form of art! All levels are welcome!
If you would like to support others, and not perform or display your art, that's okay too!
IMPORTANT: To share / display your art at the event you must fill out this application.
What to expect:
Art Exhibit:
Starting at 4:00 p.m. the StartUP FIU space will be transformed into an art gala, showcasing students paintings, sculptures, pictures, etc. Fell free to stop by to walk through the exhibit and talk with the artists about their pieces.
Open Mic:
Starting at 5:00 p.m. the mic will be opened up to students who wish to share poetry, song, music, stories, etc. You will be able to sit around the space an listen in as students share their pieces. This portion of the event will also be live streamed on StartUP FIU's instagram.
Who is this event for?
This event is open to all FIU students, faculty, and staff regardless of major or previous experience!
We want to give everyone in our FIU community a chance to showcase their talents :)
