Join us as we celebrate LA Tech Week with a powerful event that highlights the strength and resilience of women of color investors.
Hosted by a distinguished group of women Monica Dean, Qiana Patterson, Lisha Bell, La Keisha Landrum Pierre and PledgeLA, who all recognized the critical gap in capital raising for women of color in tech and investing. During LA Tech Week last year, they successfully created the first dedicated space to champion women of color in venture, fostering a coalition movement that addresses the unique needs of our ecosystem.
This gathering is not just an event but a pivotal moment for fundraising, deal-making, and building connections that matter. Our distinguished keynote speaker California State Controller Malia M. Cohen will engage us in conversation about the state of the California economy, programs and policies related to venture capital investing, women led businesses, and incentives that would impact these groups.
