Intimate Relationships Constellation Circle
A practical and experiential circle for exploring the deeper architecture of your relationships.
What is Family and Systemic Constellations Therapy?
Systemic Family Constellations is a therapeutic and experiential approach that reveals and resolves hidden dynamics in families, relationships, and inner systems. It was developed by German therapist Bert Hellinger in the 1990s, shaped in part by the 16 years he spent living among the Zulu people in South Africa.
While there, Hellinger observed communal rituals used to restore broken bonds — collective, relational practices that honored ancestry, acknowledged harm, and brought people back into belonging. These traditions became a foundational influence in what would later become constellation work.
In a constellation, participants set up a “living map” of a relationship, family system, or internal experience using others in the group as representatives. This process taps into what Hellinger called the Knowing Field — a felt sense of connection that can reveal deeper truths and unconscious entanglements. What comes into view is often surprising, profound, and deeply healing.
Systemic constellations are widely practiced across Europe and increasingly around the world, known for their ability to bring resolution to longstanding personal, relational, and generational patterns. You don’t need to know your full family history to participate — only a willingness to explore what’s ready to be seen, felt, and transformed.
