Join us for an exclusive discussion on Winning Corporate Leaders Over in the Brown to Green Chemistry Transition, This session will provide strategies to secure executive buy-in by demonstrating the commercial benefits of green chemistry—cost savings, efficiency, and competitive advantage. It will also highlight the consumer benefits of addressing growing concerns over chemical impacts and the regulatory safeguard of staying ahead of emerging policies.

Background on the Sustainability Leadership Forum

 Joining Sustainability VPs and Directors of non-competing, global companies based in the selected metro areas and regions, you will address critical sustainability challenges. Through collaboration, you will identify and design viable change initiatives for your organization. 

 The SLF-California includes members from Clorox, Amgen, Southern California Edison, Newell Brands, Cardinal Health and Granite Construction.

  • Your facilitator ensures structure and progress.

  • Members take turns hosting local meetings at company offices to support attendance and also provide greater insight into the host company’s sustainability journey. 

  • No competitors are on the Forum to ensure open dialogue.

  • Only companies with $1Bil + in revenues are members to ensure similarity in scope/scale of issues addressed.

  • By reducing your travel-related carbon footprint, member companies “walk the walk” of sustainability.

  • Adhering to a regular schedule promotes high attendance, ongoing contact between meetings, long-term connections, and valuable feedback.

  • Six meetings per year (as opposed to quarterly) enable members to remain engaged even if an occasional conflict forces one to miss now and then. (3 Hybrid at each City, 2 Virtual combining All Cities, and 1 In-Person All-City Summit)
