​This evening convening brings together Tulsa residents, nonprofit leaders, technologists, and RETE attendees for a focused exploration of the human side of digital safety. Grounded in Cyber Collective’s work at the intersection of community organizing, cybersecurity, and digital ethics, this event invites participants to confront the gaps between institutional security frameworks and lived experience.

Together, we will:
