βJoin us for a rejuvenating 90-minute workshop designed to help you reconnect with your inner self and release what no longer serves you. Through guided meditation, conscious breathwork, gentle movement, and mindful stretching, we'll embark on a journey to cultivate a deeper awareness of our bodies and minds.
βIn this session, you'll have the opportunity to:
βStill your mind and find your center through a guided meditation.
βDeepen your connection to your breath and body with gentle, intentional exercises.
βExplore fluid movement and stretching to unlock tension and enhance your vitality.
βRelease emotional or physical blocks, leaving you feeling lighter and more expansive.
βNo prior experience is necessary β just bring an open heart and comfortable clothing. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, re-energized, and deeply connected. We can't wait to share this journey with you! π
βThis session will be hosted and facilitated by Jana. She is a yoga instructor, (pole-)dancer and coach. She found her love for mindful movement after running a lot of marathons and not enjoying it much. Oh, and of course, long-distance running damaged her knees in a way that mindful movement became a necessity :-)
