Dr. Manuel Schneider - Head of Open Innovation at BMW Group and Lecturer at the Institute for Innovation Management (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München).

As the driving force behind BMW’s Open Innovation formats, Dr. Schneider is committed to fostering impactful collaboration between startups, research institutions, and corporate innovators. His work enables scalable innovation and measurable results that extend across and beyond the BMW Group.

Prof. Dr. Michael Eßig - Professor for Purchasing and Supply Chain Management at Universität der Bundeswehr München.

With over two decades of academic leadership and more than 200 publications, Prof. Eßig is one of the leading experts in public procurement and strategic supply management in Europe. He brings a systems-level view of supply chains and their role in safeguarding Germany’s industrial resilience.

Christopher Waidelich - Senior Manager at accilium - Automotive Strategy.

As a strategic advisor to the automotive industry, Christopher Waidelich drives (digital) transformation for and with his clients. At accilium, his mission is to empower businesses to secure their position in a dynamic and global market. His expertise lies in strategy and organization, with a focus on the design and establishment of alliances and mergers that enable innovation and performance.

Petra Becker - Director and Executive Interim Manager at Atreus I A Heidrick & Struggles Company - Automotive & Supply Chain.

With over 30 years of experience in transformation leadership, Petra Becker has successfully led global supply chain and finance initiatives at major DAX companies, notably as Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Continental AG. Her operational expertise spans M&A, ERP implementation, and international restructuring programs in the automotive sector.
