Amazon S3 with Sean Sullivan
S3 is Amazon's object storage service. S3 is a core building block for modern data platforms. S3 allows applications to persist data in the cloud. This presentation will discuss S3 primitives and the developer API. Attend this talk to learn best practices for building data systems with S3 and Java.
Sean Sullivan is a software engineer with more than 20 years of experience building Java applications. Sean has worked on platform engineering projects at Grubhub, Twilio, and Netflix. He is an active member of the Portland Java User Group in Portland Oregon.
