Breathing for COVID-19
is a 2 hour workshop that is part practice, part lecture and part Q&A. Using scientific principles and yoga practices we will look at how the way you breathe can affect your health. The impact of COVID-19 on respiration, the role's of N02 and C02 and practice breathing protocols you can use to leverage the biomechanical and biochemical aspect of your respiratory health for the better.

Anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19. Anyone who is recovering from COVID-19. Anyone who does not want to get COVID-19. Anyone who feels out of breath easily.
