Itinerary
8:00 - Doors Open. Meet and greet, settle in and receive complimentary products.
8:15 - Opening meditation, light movement and grounding. In an effort to keep the space connected, we will be closing the doors at this time and guests will not be permitted entry past this point.
8:30 - Breathwork by Freddy & the Band of Souls
9:00 - Meditation by Stella
9:15 - Sound experience by Everyone
10:00 - Closing ceremony and goodbyes.
