At some point over the last weeks, LinkedIn REALLY started cracking down on the number of invites you can send out per week.

Before this time, the max number of invites you could send was dependent on what seemed to be an algorithm which detected your invite acceptance rate combined with some other random account activity measures. Seems LinkedIn is spilt testing now boarders to measure the Impact along all their users!
