    • With over ten years of hands-on experience in Molecular Farming and a Ph.D. in Plant Sciences, Maya co-founded PoLoPo with Dr. Raya Liberman-Aloni. With a deep understanding of plant genetics and protein expression, following a successful pre-seed round of $2.3M, she's leading the transformative Molecular Farming company. PoLoPo’s visionary approach includes developing a cutting-edge plant bio-factory for custom-made animal protein production in potatoes, starting with egg protein. In less than two years, PoLoPo has made rapid progress, successfully advancing field trials, securing key partnerships, and collaborating with leading global food ingredient players, establishing itself as an emerging force in the alt protein industry.

    • PoLoPo's Strategic Collaborations: PoLoPo partnered with CSM Ingredients under the Generate Program to accelerate its application development and commercial efforts with industry support. PoLoPo is also working with potato propagation tuber producers and potato growers to build a strong US-based supply chain for large-scale protein production in potatoes.

  • ​Yonatan Golan, CEO & Co-Founder at Brevel

    • Yonatan is passionate about making the world a better place through sustainable nutrition, social change and cutting edge science. He transitioned to a vegan diet in 2012 and believes in a bright future on this planet. Yonatan has been leading Brevel's growth from a small startup to a global innovative player in the alternative protein industry, raising more than $20M and winning various awards and global recognition. Prior to Brevel, he co-founded and managed a food co-op with more than 400 member-workers for 4 years between 2012-2016 and led it through its profitability and growth stages. He holds an MSc in biophysics with a publication in Nature on his work in immune T-cells physics.

    • Brevel's Strategic Collaboration: Brevel has a 10-year joint development and commercial agreement with CBC (the largest beverage company in Israel) for the development and commercialization of beverages with Brevel's ingredients. The partnership is a significant milestone for Brevel towards being an enabler for a new category of products in the market.

  • Hadar Ekhoiz Razmovich, CEO & Co-Founder at Meala FoodTech

    • Hadar is an innovation expert with extensive experience in leading R&D teams and transforming ideas into products. She has developed numerous groundbreaking products across various industries, including FoodTech, AgriTech, and Digital Services. In 2022, Hadar co-founded Meala alongside Dr. Tali Feldman Sivan and Liran Gruda. Meala is dedicated to improving food by developing healthier, clean-label, and functional ingredients.
