​Tis' the Season to Reflect, Report, Communicate

​🕛 It's time to write your own Year-in-Review report and share it with your managers to show how valuable you are (and ready for raises and promotions). Even if you're not required to write one, or even if your company has their own standard reporting process, let's think through your big achievements and what YOU want to communicate for your future at the company.

​During this Workshop, we'll review and share our template for writing your year-in-review report, best practices to identify your metrics, and how to include:

• ​Key outcomes or deliverables with key metrics:

  • ​Data or other evidence provided

  • ​Identify major insights and learnings

  • ​Identify strategic decisions made - include trade-offs and reasoning

  • ​Identify big questions that will guide 2023 or Q1 planning

  • ​Criteria: Any role in the company would be able to understand my End of Year Review
