This month we'll be at Viam. Viam helps companies unlock the power of AI, data and automation in the physical world. Esha Maharishi is a Senior Product Manager at Viam, where she leads work on hardware and motion, helping to build tools that make robotics more accessible and flexible for developers. Prior to moving into product, she was the lead engineer for SLAM at Viam, bringing deep technical expertise to critical perception systems. Before Viam, Esha spent over seven years at MongoDB, where she held a range of engineering leadership roles across serverless, sharding, and distributed systems. Her work helped shape the core infrastructure behind one of the most widely used databases in the world. With a rare blend of engineering depth and product strategy, Esha brings a thoughtful and pragmatic lens to building modern tools for robotics and infrastructure.
Jeff Crystal is COO of Voltaic Systems. He is responsible for ensuring successful solar deployments for both low-power embedded hardware applications and remote power systems for industrial equipment. He works with companies across transportation, agriculture, security and monitoring to bring new products and services to life. He lives in Brooklyn, NY. Voltaic Systems (www.voltaicsystems.com) is a full-service provider of remote solar charging solutions. Their smaller solar panels are designed for durability in challenging environments and are integrated into high volume IoT products. Their CORE Solar System is designed to provide scalable power and battery storage for remote networking devices, cameras and environmental monitoring equipment.
