Jess Ringgenberg, PCC, is the founder of ELIXR Coaching and Consulting & is SOWM's Head of Coaching. Her focus is on matrescence and the identity changes a woman faces at every age & stage of motherhood!
Kelly Ling, ACC, founder of Stork & Spark, is an ELIXR Coach. Her focus is on empowering career growth at the intersection of parenthood and career identity.

Coaching is a safe space for working moms to be vulnerable, learn, and grow together; and she provides tools and mindset shifts to allow us show up more authentically at work and at home.
