About the Retreat
Join us for a two-night mindfulness retreat dedicated to the theme of spring and beginning again. As nature awakens, we too can embrace this season of renewal, cultivating presence, compassion, and connection.
This retreat offers spacious periods of stillness and silence, interwoven with practices to deepen your awareness and nourish your well-being. Together, we will explore mindfulness, self-compassion, nature connection, and qigong, creating space to turn gently toward what is here and allow the possibility of growth and renewal to emerge.
This retreat invites you to pause, reconnect with yourself, and step into spring with clarity and intention. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and an open heart.
