Spring Soiree: SWITCH Speed Dating Event @ Rock Steady
Join us for the Spring Soirée: SWITCH Speed Dating Event for singles ages 26-40+ on Wednesday, April 30th at Rock Steady ATL! This experience is curated for Men and Women who are ready to connect with intention in a vibrant, elegant setting.
👗👔Spring Soirée Theme Dress Code: Cocktail Attire Required This is an elevated event, so please show up as your best self. We encourage you to wear spring-inspired colors like pastels, florals, and fresh hues such as lavender, blush pink, sage green, sky blue, lemon yellow, and soft neutrals. Ages for this Event -
At each event, we aim to fill age ranges in three key brackets: 26–30, 31–35, and 36–40+. If you’re in the 41–44 range, you still fall into our “40+” category—especially if your preferences align with attendees in the upper 30's age range. We make sure everyone who’s approved gets the chance to connect with 5–7 people who fall into their preferred age range or bracket.
What to Expect:
💬 Mingling in the Beginning
Doors open at 7 PM. Please arrive no later than 7:30 PM to check in, grab your cocktail and appetizer, and mingle before speed dating begins. This is the perfect time to break the ice, snap photos, and connect casually before the structured rounds begin. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the evening, and a photo gallery will be shared with you after the event!

Your ticket includes a delicious appetizer and cocktail, made to order! Upon check-in, you’ll select your items from a curated menu and enjoy them as you settle in.
Speed Dating Rounds:
You’ll enjoy:
Conversations with 10 people minimum, up to 15 max
Structured rounds of 5 minute each with each person
Fun, light conversation prompts at each station
🕐 Breaks
We aim to include one or two 10-15 min breaks for refreshments or restroom use. Speed dating start time will determine how many breaks are possible.
Approval Process & Expectations
Getting your ticket early does not guarantee approval. While we do consider the order of when a ticket is purchased, getting approved is based on a combination of the following:
Keeping a balanced ratio of men to women
Age proximity based on preference
Capacity of the venue — we will never be able to approve everyone who applies
Completion and quality of your application
Public social media profiles helps
Thoughtful answers on your application
Permission to feature you in our sneak peeks also helps!
📌 Note for Women: Every event, we receive over 200+ applications from women alone. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate everyone due to space constraints. Please do not take a waitlist or pending status personally—this allows us time to thoroughly review every applicant and gives men more time to secure tickets so we can maintain balance. Approvals are released in waves.
📌 Note for Men: It’s much easier to get approved—women tend to outnumber men (welcome to Atlanta 😅), so we encourage you to apply if you’re interested!
We carefully review every applicant. We encourage you to take your social media off private (at least temporarily) and be detailed in your responses. That gives you the best chance of approval!
