Featured Speakers:

Megan Hampton is a Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Project Manager supporting PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation Organization. Based in Plano, Texas, she works out of the Frito Lay headquarters and has been with PepsiCo for nearly five years. With nine years of Talent Acquisition experience, Megan specializes in stakeholder management, talent identification, and driving strategic hiring initiatives to support PepsiCo’s evolving business needs.

She holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, bringing a deep understanding of workplace dynamics, talent strategy, and organizational transformation.

When not working, Megan enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Jeffrey, and dog, Bailey.

Andrew Failace is a Global Talent Acquisition Business partner supporting the hiring for PepsiCo's Strategy & Transformation Organization. Andrew is based in the Purchase, NY office and has been with Pepsi for 3 years. He specializes in talent engagement, stakeholder management, and talent mapping.

When not working, Andrew enjoys golfing, building Legos, and hanging out with friends, family, and his girlfriend, Katie

Kimbery Floss brings over 23 years of experience with PepsiCo and currently serves as the Product Owner leading our Enterprise Data Factory. The PepsiCo Enterprise Data Foundation is a strategic initiative designed to deliver critical data assets that will drive the company’s digital transformation. This effort is pivotal in supporting our future Analytics and AI strategy. In line with our commitment to efficiency, product ownership also encompasses comprehensive cost management (FinOps – Cloud Financial Management) of our data products. She leads geographically dispersed teams, embracing cultural differences to enable follow-the-sun execution. The teams are focused on data/analytics and AI strategy, cloud strategy, execution of IT transition, technical leadership, strategic planning, vendor partnership, process development for cloud support models, best practices leadership, and continuous process improvement.

Kim launched our global Cloud Financial Management (FinOPS) practice leveraging a centralized decentralized model for understanding cloud costs and optimization opportunities to determine how to best identify cost reductions, identify reduce risk, and refine processes to be more cloud centric. She has led teams responsible for FinOPS across multiple cloud providers, enablement for "cloud-first" initiatives, and execution of application migrations from on-premises to cloud.

She is a key part of the Flexera Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and the Oracle CAB, a leader within the Flexera Cloud User Group, an IBM Champion, and is a frequent speaker at various conferences on FinOPS. She also holds various certifications in Azure, AWS, FinOPS, and SAFE along with an MBA from Loyola University and a BS from Purdue University.

Prior to the cloud journey, Kim led the Global Database Administration Team supporting Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase, Teradata, Hana, and mainframe databases. She has also held leadership positions within the International Oracle User Group (President, VP) and SAP DB2 User Community (VP).
