Rachel Peck is an Executive Coach and facilitator who uses her experience as a former Chief of Staff and Director of Learning and Development to help leaders and teams perform at their best. She believes in aing the right questions and serving as a thought partner to help people unlock their own best thinking and work.
Rachel graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University and, after a decade working at Harry's (a high-growth startup that scaled from 15 to more than 1,000 employees globally) received an Advanced Personal and Executive Coach certification from the College of Executive Coaching. Today, Rachel is the founder and CEO of Metronome — a coaching and talent development consulting firm that believes professional development should be research-driven, action-oriented, and genuinely fun.
