Tijana Buric is a founder, executive coach and Human Design strategist, building innovative solutions for creating unicorn teams. After a decade-long career as a CPA working in public accounting, in both Europe and NY, she founded Career Alchemist®, with a vision to make individuals aligned with the work they were born to do.
She is a host of Career Alchemist® podcast, in which she interviews entrepreneurs and professionals who have successfully created their non-linear careers while sharing lessons learned along her journey through the lens of Human Design.
Graduate of Fordham Gabelli Business School, she also holds a certificate in image consulting from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and is a certified Executive Coach.
Above all the professional hats she wears as a multi-passionate entrepreneur, her most important role is a mom of a 5 year old girl who is her inspiration for paving the path for young generations to courageously take ownership of their careers while shaping the scene for empowered leaders of the future.
