No food or drinks allowed in the studio area.
No food or drinks allowed near the living room couch and rug.
Smoke-free environment. However, weed-pens and vape are permitted.
All social interactions and networking are encouraged to happen in the backyard, main floor and studio spaces. Upstairs area is off limits.
Hard curfew at 10pm.
