🍻 What will we do in this Monthly Meetup:
1. Happy Hour & Dinner- I will introduce you to my friends and participants, start a conversation with everyone. At the same time enjoy your food, drinks and dinner.
2. Round Table Discussion - A 30 - 40 mins round table discussion on organizational and cultural change. I will be the facilitator for the round table discussion, guiding the conversation, summarising and elaborating on this topic and allowing everyone to hear your point of view on organizational and cultural change.
3. The restaurant will close at 9:00, but if you wish to stay behind, there is some outdoor sitting and we can continue our conversation.
🧠 Why choose organizational and cultural change as a topic for May Meetup?
I ran some round table discussions on growth marketing and product management for my friends and connection, and I realized when we want to make our idea come to life. It is not only about the idea itself; we will also need to consider the team and the entire organization on how this change impact and benefit them.
This leads me to wonder - how can we, as change agents ( whether we are UX designers, product managers and growth marketers), can facilitate or drive organizational change and adoption of our new idea so that the entire company can benefit from it.

Group Size: 15 - 18 ppl (Max 20 ppl)
Restaurant Detail: Dockyard is a quick-service restaurant with drinks and dinner at a reasonable price.
