The economic downturn, coupled with recent mass layoffs, has left employees questioning their future especially at tech companies. This roundtable discussion gathers HR leaders across Southeast Asia and beyond to explore strategies to retain talents and keep our workforce motivated, even during tough times.
The roundtable will be conducted with two breakout sessions with the following suggested discussion points.
Breakout Session 1:
How have the current economic downturn and mass layoffs impacted top performers?
What do companies still get wrong about top performers' motivation and engagement, resulting in their resignation or quiet quitting?
Breakout Session 2:
How to keep talents (esp. those who want more money) motivated and engaged? What creative incentives or benefits can we offer?
How do we plan to invest in L&D despite potential budget cuts?
If you could make one change to the current practice of talent retention, what would that be?
