​Christian Ulstrup runs GSD @ Work, a boutique consultancy that helps VC-backed founders and Chiefs of Staff get stuff done on remote teams with OKRs, attention management techniques for individuals and teams, and accelerated customer discovery sprints.

​​He's been using OKRs for over 7 years, including as a product manager, exec, and founder at venture-backed startups.
