About the Career Coaches:

Rachel Serwetz

​Rachel Serwetz' early professional experience was at Goldman Sachs in Operations and at Bridgewater Associates in HR. From there, she was trained as a coach at NYU and became a certified coach through the International Coach Federation. After this, she worked in HR Research at Aon Hewitt and attained her Technology MBA at NYU Stern. Throughout her career, she has helped hundreds of professionals with career exploration and for the past 6.5 years she has been building her company, WOKEN, which is an online career exploration platform to coach professionals through the process of clarifying their ideal job and career path. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Binghamton University and as a Career Coach through the Flatiron School/WeWork, Columbia University, Slate, and Project Activate.

Kelly Jamison

Kelly Jamison is a Career Coach and hiring specialist with over 13 years of experience and a background in mental health counseling. She holds a master’s degree in counseling for mental health and wellness from NYU, where she began her coaching journey by supporting undergraduate and graduate students in the engineering school. Since then, Kelly has expanded her expertise to include coaching neurodiverse students and women in tech, working in the software bootcamp space and now at Tech Ladies.

Passionate about the link between vocational fulfillment and overall wellness, Kelly excels at guiding individuals through career transitions. In her role at Tech Ladies, she is dedicated to creating a positive member experience, actively supporting members in their job searches, and fostering a thriving, inclusive community.
