This is a multi-session event. Please choose the sessions you would like to register for.
About Event
We offer basic meditation instructions on the first Thursday of the month. Registration is highly recommended by that Thursday morning at 10 am. These instructions cover basic postures and methods of practice. The instructions are not a substitute for the thorough Beginner’s Meditation Workshop. Nevertheless, it is sufficient to get you started on meditation practice. In-person only.
On the day of the instruction, please be here 5-10 minutes prior to 6:30pm to get settled in, and bring a friend or family member to help you on your meditation journey together.
