Meet the Co-hosts
Meet Therese
Therese Gedda is the Founder and CEO of Reimaginez and The Reimagine Salon. She is an award-winning entrepreneur and a champion of building thriving high performance companies and cultures. Her vision is to transform companies' cultures from toxic or mediocre to thriving, brilliant ones. For over 20 years, she has impacted more than 30,000+ company cultures worldwide and has been recognized in CBS, NBC News, Fortune, and VentureBeat. Therese is also a CEO Advisor who has worked with over 1,000 founders, CEOs, and investors, who often refer to her as “Yoda,” “Master Teacher,” and “Founder Therapist”. She has been named by the Nordic 100 as one of the most influential and impactful entrepreneurs from the Nordics and received the Future Innovator Award given in memory of Alfred Nobel.
Therese has graced stages in over 13 countries as a sought-after Keynote Speaker for companies and organizations, including Apple, LVMH, Wealins, TEDx, Web Summit, NYU, and Davos Decompression, to name a few. She is based in New York City, working on amplifying Reimaginez's impact on championing high achieving leaders committed to thriving high performance company cultures and living a life of significance.
Meet Ryan
Ryan Sansom is based in Cooley's Boston office and centers his practice on advising privately held and publicly traded emerging companies, with a strong emphasis on companies across the spectrum of the life sciences industry, including biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare IT and health and wellness. His representation of life science and technology companies spans the entire emerging company life cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, formation and founder matters, seed, venture capital and growth equity financings, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions. In addition, he often represents venture capital firms in connection with their investments in emerging companies and underwriters in connection with public offerings by emerging companies.
Meet Sridhar
Sridhar Iyengar is the founder and Chair of Elemental Machines, makers of smart IoT products for the life sciences industry. He previously was a founder of Misfit who developed elegant wearable products, which was acquired by Fossil in 2015 for $260M. Sridhar also founded AgaMatrix, a blood glucose monitoring company that made the world’s first medical device connecting directly to the iPhone and shipped 15+ FDA-cleared medical products, 2B+ biosensors, 6M+ glucose meters, with partnerships with Apple, Sanofi, and Walgreens. Sridhar holds over 100 US and international patents and received his Ph.D. from Cambridge University as a Marshall Scholar. He has been known to run 13.1 miles on occasion and has sometimes been spotted on stage behind a wall of drums.

Absolutely! The Reimagine Salon is for all founders, so you certainly don’t have to be based in Boston or Massachusetts.

We welcome all founders who are passionate about building thriving, high performance companies – regardless of funding structure. If you consider yourself mission-driven, that could mean you're creating something that makes a meaningful difference, solves important problems, or brings positive change to the world in your own unique way.
Who will I have the opportunity to connect with at this Reimagine Salon?
This Reimagine Salon is designed for mission-driven founders dedicated to building a thriving high performance company regardless of funding structure, primarily in these two areas:
Healthcare (Biotech, Medtech, Digital Health, Life Sciences, Healthtech, Materials)
Deep/Tough Tech (Impact, Climate, Space, Robotics)
There is a possibility that you might also meet a founder or two from other industries, such as Fintech or SaaS, but it's not the main focus.
Do I need to be a deep tech or life sciences founder?
We welcome all mission-driven founders dedicated to building a thriving high performance company regardless of industry. However, this Reimagine Salon is designed for life sciences and deep tech founders, so they are most likely to benefit from this audience.
