Theater methods for teams, insights and prototypes

​In this short session, Adam Lawrence (This is Service design Doing, Global Service Jam) will introduce you to some of the powerful techniques that theater gives us as designers, CX and UX professionals. The theatrical toolset is thousands of years old, is intensely practical and pragmatic, and can include people who are excluded by traditional techniques. It's also great fun. No previous experience necessary.
