Creative Collage Journalling w/ Bloom Psychology
Join us at Bloom for an afternoon of therapeutic journalling, art-making, release and connection guided by Meghan Watson, Registered Psychotherapist and Bloom founder.
This offering is for you if you're curious about exploring therapeutic creative practices 🎨, looking for fresh inspiration to add to an existing journalling practice 📓, and-or to kickstart a creative collage journey in community with likeminded others✨.
Grounded and informed by narrative, art and somatic therapies, all supplies will be provided, and exploration of the therapeutic prompts will be supported in an intimate setting.
What's Included:
🌱Custom therapy journal prompts + curated resources.
📔 Muji notebook to customize, decorate and design.
✂️ Collage materials for use including scissors, glue, specialty paper, stationery, stickers, and assorted ephemera.
📚 Magazines and books to cut and paste
🍿 Snacks + beverages while you create.

4:15pm - 4:45pm: Creative collage 101, tour of materials + intro to the guided prompts
