Kimberly Hawkins is the Vice President of Business Operations at The Sandbox, a consulting firm where she leads the BizOps vertical, specializing in Chief of Staff and Executive Assistance services. Alongside her team, she provides fractional support in these areas (while also managing internal business operations), working in conjunction with the recruitment and finance/accounting verticals. With over a decade of experience in strategy, operations, and team development across nonprofits and startups, Kim has a strong background as a Chief of Staff. Whether Chief of Staff at a top international anti-trafficking NGO or Chief of Staff at a VC-backed, Olympian-founded startup, Kim specializes in optimizing teams and driving strategic initiatives. Holding a background in international relations from Berry College and a JD/MBA from Samford University, she brings a unique blend of legal, business, and global expertise to leadership teams.
