This class will walk you through a guided meditation, gentle stretch, and face yoga series for the upper, middle, and lower zones of your face.
The practice will relax, and calm your face, and will provide a great stretch to align your body for balanced posture, and will include time to connect to your mind, body, and breath.
Take the time to give your soul the gift of this 30-minute class that will leave you feeling relaxed and ready to drift into a great sleep.
By working and massaging the facial muscles in this gentle practice, you will increase circulation to the skin, improve complexion, and smooth wrinkles.
