As a Hackathon Evangelist, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting the event, spreading awareness about the exciting challenges, and highlighting the real-world impact participants can make. Your responsibilities include not only promoting the event but also managing your community, guiding interested individuals, and building a network that fosters collaboration.

🤔Who can become a Hackathon Evangelist❓
A hackathon evangelist is passionate about hackathons and wants to spread the word about them.
Possess outstanding leadership, creative, and communication skills.
The person has to be an Indian resident.
Have a strong sense of commitment to the event's success and a great deal of passion for the surrounding areas.
It also helps to have prior expertise with marketing, social media management, or event planning.
💪Responsibilities
Establish Connection:
To establish a connection between the Hack4Bengal team and the students in your community.
Outreach:
Assist us in expanding the outreach of Hack4Bengal by leveraging your social media presence, interacting with community members, and promoting as many registrations from within your community as you can, you can help us increase the reach of Hack4Bengal
Encourage Community:
Encourage the community/club members around you to participate in Hack4Bengal.
Organize small community meetups on your campus to spread awareness about Hack4Bengal
Share:
Spread the content and exciting events posted on socials among your peers.

Active Support to the event:
The evangelist must ensure that his/her social accounts are used to promote the event when requested by the event organizers of Hack4Bengal
Confidentiality:
As an evangelist, the representative may be made aware of the information before it is made available to the general public. In all cases, unless specified, anything shared with the representative is confidential and must not be revealed to entities not associated with the event.
Subject to change:
These terms might evolve as we encounter more scenarios. If at any point you are not comfortable with the updated terms, please feel free to drop out of the Hackathon Evangelist program by mailing us about the same at hack4bengal@gmail.com.
