Field Trip: Prospect Park

​This event is a version of Meiying’s Field Trip workshop, for which you can find details here. In this edition, we’ll venture into the heart of Prospect Park, Brooklyn’s sprawling natural sanctuary.

​Prospect Park offers a chance to lose yourself in deep woods, winding trails, and hidden meadows, all within the bounds of the city. Here, we’ll escape the noise and structure of urban life to reconnect with the wild, the unseen, and the mythic. Surrounded by ancient trees, quiet waterways, and unexpected clearings, we’ll use the park’s natural beauty as a portal into stories of enchantment and imagination. Together, we will tune into the rhythms of the forest and allow ourselves to wander.

​This workshop will include a custom Drawing Room tote bag and sketchbook. Various drawing and writing materials will be provided as well.
