This event is for anyone that wants to meet potential housemates! Whether you're trying to build a Bloomsbury Group or a hallway like Rachel/Monica/Joey/Chandler's, hopefully this event can help.
That includes:
People who want to join an existing house
People who want to start a new house
People who live in a house with vacancies
Friends and +1s welcome.
To help you learn about each other, we made this handy Housemate Questionnaire. It takes about 10 minutes and asks you for email, social media links, and housing preferences. Once you've filled it out, you'll be able to see other people's responses.
The event is lightly structured:
We'll sit in a circle and introduce ourselves and briefly discuss our ideal houses. If this event gets so large that this is impractical, I've got a Plan B.
Freely mingle and meet everyone that piqued your interest.
Afterwards, I'll re-share everyone's Questionnaire responses so that you can contact each other.
