About Event

Are you building generative AI software? Integrating LLMs into your SaaS product? Or just curious about how AI agents work and what they can be used for? Join us for the mcp.run Hackathon!

We'll be creating and demoing tools for mcp.run - the app store for AI agents, built on Anthropic's Model Context Protocol. These servlets, as we like to call them, greatly enhance the capabilities of what AI agents can do, can be run in any environment, and can be chained to great effect!

No experience working with AI? No problem - this is the perfect chance to pair up with other builders and learn how agents interact with software tools. The Dylibso team behind mcp.run will also be available to answer any questions and help you build your servlet.

Bring your laptop, ideas, and curiosity as we hack together to expand what AI agents can do. We'll have plenty of food and drink to fuel your hacking, culminating in a demo showcase featuring members of the Anthropic Claude team helping to judge the demos, with three servlet developers each winning a gift card to Tartine Bakery for their efforts.

***If you're unable to attend in person, we'll be streaming the servlet demos on our YouTube and Twitch channels here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=foqFrggYz7A

You are welcome to create servlets and demo them remotely as well! Just reach out to us by contacting the event creator and we'll make sure you're added to the showcase list.***
