Bodyweight Barre x Strength Workout with Adriana

​Join me this SUNDAY for a bodyweight workout! People of all abilities are welcome - our environment is open, welcoming & friendly. This class will be full body focused, & barre based - with each movement set to the beat of a fun playlist! We will grab a coffee by the beach afterwards for whoever wants to join.

​WHEN:
SUNDAY, March 39th, 12-1pm

​WHERE:
Behind the W Hotel (when you get to the entrance, you will see a ramp/stairs on your right. Go up the ramp, and you'll find a large, open space!)

PLEASE BRING:
A water bottle & a mat
