She is a graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business and has a passion for supporting women’s professional growth initiatives.

Kate is Senior Director, Expansion Strategy & Business Operations at Deel (Raised ~$700M), leading the expansion team. Before Deel, she was Director of Expansion at Via. Kate has a Masters of Business Administration at Harvard.

Lauren is an Executive Director, in the Innovation Economy Commercial Banking Team at J.P. Morgan with more than 10 years of experience focused on high growth Fintech and Tech companies. Lauren’s team provides financial solutions and advisory services for high-growth companies, start-ups, founders, and players within the VC community, over the course of their entire lifecycle.
