Erica Kuhl has 18 years of experience in Enterprise community-building. As the former VP of Community for Salesforce, where Erica saw the company grow from 176 to 49,000 employees, she had to build everything from scratch including the strategy, programs, and ROI metrics. What Erica built had a profound impact on the company’s sales pipeline, deal sizes, product adoption, customer retention and number of customer advocates. Now, as a community consultant, Erica is committed to passing on her knowledge and experience to everyone looking to invest time, money and resources into building community.
