🏆 Designing Your Restaurant (Member Experience) Workshop + Networking

​Primary Audience: ERG Leaders

​This session is part workshop, part reflection, and all about the atmosphere you create for your members. We’ll walk through the Designing Your Restaurant activity—an interactive exercise that helps you map out what it feels like to be part of your ERG and how to make that experience more intentional.

​You’ll think through the vibe, values, and structure you want your community to represent, and how to shape an environment that draws people in and keeps them coming back. After the activity, we’ll move into 30 minutes of networking where you’ll get to share your vision and hear how others are thinking about culture in their own spaces.
