​This closed-door session is just for ERG Program Managers—the people responsible for running the whole show behind the scenes.

​We’ll kick things off with three speed presentations from PMs who’ve done something different with their programs. Whether it’s how they manage structure, streamline reporting, or drive engagement at scale, each will share a unique strategy or idea worth stealing.

​After that, we’ll open up the floor for speed networking so you can connect with others who do what you do, trade notes, and ask the questions you can’t ask anywhere else.
