​This closed-door session is just for ERG Program Managers—the people responsible for running the whole show behind the scenes.

​We'll kick off with a 30 minute workshop on Taking ERG Program Inventory from Maceo Owens (this portion will be recorded and shared in the ERG PM space of the ERG Champs Community).

​After that, we’ll open up the floor for speed networking breakouts by company size so you can connect with others who do what you do, trade notes, and ask the questions you can’t ask anywhere else.
