Equity in Practice in Regenerative Agriculture Collabathon

​The Equity in Regenerative Agriculture Collabathon will share and test the skills and tools necessary to identify and embed equity and rights of nature into daily work, whether for projects, technologies or organizations as a whole.  The integrated learning and design approach combines leadership and interpersonal skills with the critical concepts of equity.  During these sessions, we will learn key concepts while simultaneously testing them in pilot efforts. 

​Our goal is to change how we approach and implement projects in technology, regenerative agriculture, and other related sectors. During the 5-week series, we will learn how to integrate equity in practice by exploring key concepts, identifying areas of opportunity processes and workflows, and how to influence and shift those to be more collaborative and inclusive through

• ​The perspective we currently operate in and the introduction of new conceptualization

• ​The language for how to understand and discuss these concepts

• ​The places where these concepts can be pulled into existing discussions and efforts

• ​The ways to influence and bring these concepts into different arenas across sectors and organizations
