Join us for an inspiring talk with Sallea, an ETH startup working on cell-based meat and fish. They will provide insight into their cutting-edge platform technology, which enables the three-dimensional cultivation of whole cuts and other highly structured types of meat and fish. They will also showcase representative samples and share more details on how and when you will be able to try them! The event will conclude with an apéro featuring a variety of delicious plant-based foods.
