This retreat is designed for vetted male founders, builders, and operators who crave deeper connection, clarity, and perspective—personally and professionally.
We’re gathering a small, intentional group (10–12 max) for an energizing day of conversation, insight, and aligned brotherhood in Phoenix.

Friday, September 19th
Optional Welcome Mixer (6–8 PM)
A casual happy hour or private house mixer to break the ice and get grounded.
Saturday, September 20th
Main Retreat: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
A full-day experience with curated conversation, peer-led insight, and real-time support.
Retreat Agenda:
9:00 AM – Arrival, coffee, informal intros
9:30 AM – Opening circle & intention setting
10:00 AM – Rotating hot seats peer support
12:30 PM – Catered on-site lunch
1:30 PM – Breakouts: Business, relationships, and clarity work
3:30 PM – Closing circle + personal commitments
4:00 PM – Optional hang informal close
