We're delighted to have Brooke Hopkins join as a special guest. Brooke previously led evaluation infrastructure at Waymo, and is using her experience to create evals for AI Voice & Chat Agents

We've discussed several eval-related topics at previous AI Agent founder dinners, including:
- Reliability: Agentic workflows vs combining traditional ML models with LLMs and vast pre-training data
- Accuracy of Agents acting autonomously on websites vs Agents on internal workflows
- UI/UX: how to deal with failures from a communication and interaction perspective
