Mindful Moms Job Search Circle (Topic: Rage)
If you’ve lost your job—or are currently job searching—while pregnant, on maternity leave, or within your baby’s first year, this group offers grounding an connection in the midst of what can be an extremely draining experience during an already emotionally charged time.
This week's topic is RAGE. In our mindfulness portion, we'll work on exercises that help you process and release the feelings of anger and frustration that are completely universal throughout the job loss <-> job search process.
Then Jess will help us think more deeply about what our anger is telling us and how we can move through with confidence. Then we'll spend time connecting and enjoying the community we've built together.
