​ABOUT BALAGAN

​The Eastern-Mediterranean food and beverage business Balagan got founded in 2020 and back in the day founder and owner Kat made the conscious choice to not only establish a succesful female owned business but to built up her whole management team with women only. Receiving in 2023 and 2024 the „Selo da Igualidade Salarial“ from the Portuguese Republic sets an example in the industry and highlights her work to push pay equity. Kat continues to celebrate and support her local femal community through special events and dedicated education.
