Hacking for Clean Energy
Livestream select workshops here
Join us this summer in San Francisco at Hacking for Clean Energy, an AI hackathon focused on accelerating the scale up of solar, wind, batteries, and other renewable energy technologies in the US. Brought to you by Lowercarbon Capital, OpenAI, and Crusoe.
Even with the energy transition in full swing, thousands of clean energy projects are bogged down by permitting, paperwork, and process. AI and software hold the key to unblocking these bottlenecks, so we're enlisting the developer community to find novel AI-powered solutions that can do just that.
We've confirmed speakers from the Department of Energy, who will be hosting a public discussion on the problems in the space and how AI can be leveraged to fix them. Several experts from the national labs will also be joining us to share the latest on a new AI data corpus.
We'll be accepting ~100 AI engineers, designers, and product leaders to Hack for Clean Energy. Our hackathon concludes in a demo day showcase, where teams will be invited to pitch to top venture capitalists, engineering leaders, journalists, and a visiting congressional delegation.
