A weekly meditation group on Tuesday nights, with new topics and meditations every week. On February 13 we're starting a new series "Introduction to Meditation."

🪨 Activities that bring meditation into daily life, like practices with other people, using technology, etc.
✨ How it runs
Come at 6:45pm to hang for a 7:15pm start. Please be on time!
6:45pm: optional bring dinner to eat & chill
7:15pm: questions, talk & discussion about meditation
7:45pm: guided meditation
8:15pm: further discussion & talk, sometimes an activity
8:30pm: done, optional tea

💰 Cost: pay what you can/pay what you think it's worth. If you're not sure what to pay, I'd suggest 10$
